North Fork Spirits is the Southold, New York craft distillery that grew out of one of the more editorially interesting agricultural-business pivots in modern American craft spirits — the company was born out of necessity to diversify One Woman Winery's product offering after several challenging Long Island wine vintages, and the resulting distillery has become a meaningful complement to the broader North Fork Long Island wine country tourism economy.
